The Havanese is a great choice for a dog. It also goes without saying that the absolute best time to get your Havanese is when he is a puppy. The younger, the better. Especially if you can train him from a very young age, your Havanese will be a friend for life.

You will have a lot of work to do if you decide to bring home a small Havanese puppy.
